La nova ordenança de civisme i de convivència ciutadana substituirà l’anterior que era del 1990, i amb la qual es pretén, per una banda, impulsar i promoure els valors del civisme entre la ciutadania i, per l’altra, ordenar, regular i donar resposta legal a una sèrie d’actituds que malmeten la convivència, perjudiquen els ciutadans i degraden l’espai públic. |

El text va ser notificat a les administracions autonòmiques i estatals el 31 de juliol passat i avui ha estat publicat avui al Butlletí Oficial de la Província (BOP). El text havia estat aprovat pel ple municipal de l’Ajuntament de Manresa celebrat el 19 de juliol passat, amb el suport de 18 vots afirmatius dels regidors.
La nova ordenança de civisme i convivència ciutadana que substituirà la del 1992. Es pretén, per una banda, impulsar i promoure els valors del civisme entre la ciutadania i, per l'altra, ordenar, regular i donar resposta legal a les actituds que malmeten la convivència, perjudiquen els ciutadans i degraden l'espai públic.La nova regulació inclou principis generals de convivència ciutadana, les mesures per fomentar-la i les pautes per a l'organització i l'autorització dels actes púbics. També s'especifica les normes de conducta a l'espai públic, les actuacions contràries a la dignitat de les persones o la degradació visual de l'entorn urbà. A banda, la normativa també regirà sobre les actituds que causen molèsties als ciutadans com la pràctica de jocs a zones no autoritzades, la utilització de l'espai públic per a la mendicitat o l'oferiment de serveis sexuals i prohibeix expressament fer les necessitats fisiològiques al carrer. Igualment, actualitza la prohibició del consum de begudes alcohòliques i drogues a la via pública i regula l'ús de l'espai públic i les actituds vandàliques contra el mobiliari urbà, contra els parcs i els jardins, o les molèsties que ocasionen la contaminació acústica o per residus.
